We are a small family owned shop. Everything you see on our menu is prepared from scratch. We use absolutely nothing frozen. Our fries are hand cut on premises daily. We make our own fresh Mozzarella every morning.. Our Chicken Cutlets are butchered by us, using only the finest fresh Chicken Breast and are dredged and coated w/ breadcrumbs to order.  In short, we do everything possible to make you the freshest, best food we can and take tremendous pride in what we serve. There are never any shortcuts taken. We hope you enjoy your experience.
